Below is my current session availability. I start sessions at 9:30am, 10:45am, 12pm, 2pm and 3:15pm.
Sessions are offered on a weekly basis, which allows for consistency and momentum in the therapeutic process.
If the time you’d like isn’t currently listed, you’re welcome to get in touch. I sometimes have short-notice availability, and I keep a waiting list for clients who’d like to start as soon as a space opens.

Here’s why this may be right for you.
Studies have shown that Online therapy can be just as effective as In Person therapy, below are some benefits you may find.
Convenience
Not travelling to the session means not having to worry about late trains, finding a parking spot or running late because of a traffic jam.
Flexibility
If you work from home, sessions can work to your schedule without travel considerations. If you are away for work, we can still have a session.
Location
We can have sessions wherever you are, either at home or away on work, you don’t need to be local to where In Person sessions take place.
Savings
As you aren’t travelling there are no travel costs. You also save time as you don’t have to spend part of your day getting to and from the session.
Choice
You have a far wider choice of therapists to choose from as you aren’t restricted to where you can travel to and from.
Anonymity
You might find it easier to talk to someone that you know you won’t meet when you are out living your day to day life.
Privacy
You aren’t going to bump into anyone you know on the way to a session. I use Zoom as it is secure and encrypted - keeping you safe online.
Comfort
You are in the safety and security of your own space. You are in an environment that you already know and feel comfortable in.
Health
If you are feeling a bit under the weather, you may not want to travel, online therapy allows us to still work together in the comfort of your space.
